This year Sarah Hegazi committed suicide in Canada where she had sought asylum. A lesbian activist, she was tortured in prison in Egypt for three months because she had gone to a concert with the rainbow flag. This discussion will explore the situation of LGBTQI + in the Middle East and the overall impact of bullying in their daily lives.
