A participatory workshop that explores the 3 pillars of fighting ability in the case of self-defense against gender-based violence: the skills are needed to develop it, the psycho-emotional preparation to apply it, and how it all relates to self-esteem and confidence. We will study the above through practical, experiential exercises for self-protection, setting boundaries, and self-defense.
