The use of the name “Athens Pride” and “Athens Pride Festival” in any word order, as well as the trademark (logo), which consists of the text ATHENS PRIDE and the
Parthenon in rainbow color or monochrome, is prohibited by law without specific written permission from the Athens Pride Festival. The same applies to all photographs and texts that appear on the website www.athenspride.eu and
the official Social Media. All Athens Pride events are covered by photography /
videography. Media representatives require special accreditation to enter each Athens Pride event.

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
Athens Pride is committed to protecting the personal data of all individuals who
communicate, collaborate or participate in its activities and events. The collection and processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679 – GDPR) and applicable Greek legislation, exclusively for specific and legitimate purposes related to the operation, communication and activities of the Athens Pride Festival.
During Athens Pride activities and events, photography, videography or other
audiovisual recording may be carried out for the purposes of informing, promoting and archiving the Organization's activities through its website, social networks and other communication media. Individuals who wish to have material in which they appear removed may contact us via email [email protected], and any relevant request will be examined in accordance with applicable personal data protection legislation.
